Gingerbread at Kanesville Tabernacle

This week opened the Gingerbread Festival in both Kanesville Tabernacle and Mormon Trail Center. They have displays at both locations. This week let's give you a tour of the Tabernacle. It is such a great activity, last year over 25,000 visited in November and December. This is such a great time of year especially this week to be Thankful. President Gordon B. Hinckley said, “When you walk with gratitude, you do not walk with arrogance and conceit and egotism, you walk with a spirit of thanksgiving that is becoming to you and will bless your lives.” Have a Happy Thanksgiving and share your love and Testimony with others. We love you all

One week it was fall and this week winter. Weather is really cold. The first of the week was good weather for Paulynn and Amy to go home and by Friday our friend Royd Waters had to drive in snow. Friday at the temple was slow to start out but by 10:00 am we had a lot of workers. Saturday was so cold the door lock on our car was frozen. We had a good visit with Royd as he is on his way to Houston Texas to live. He had dinner with us and the Fontenelle Ward Elders. He was confused that I use the term Sister White all the time. He visited the Trail Center and Tabernacle. We are getting ready for the Gingerbread Festival at both the Tabernacle and the Trail Center. It opens next week and they are expecting big crowds at both places.  We are having a great time working on finding and fellowship people. We are planning to serve Thanksgiving dinner to some of the residents in our building. Some are here without family. Gingerbread Barn Gingerbread game of Scrabble We...
